A beautiful woman then, and still a beautiful woman today. Simply said, 'there is nothing like a dame'. Thanks, Mitzi for being such a class act. Bravo.

Just watched "TNBLSB" and remembered how much I wanted to be like you when I was a girl. I was born in 1940. I also saw you when you brought your show to OKC many years ago. You sang 'I will survive" and came out in the audience right at my row. You would love what they have done with that old theatre.....cut the seats down from 3200 to 1500. Wynton Marsalis played there opening week and said the new acoustics are as good as any he has heard. It used to be such a barn. One other thing I remember is a picture in one of the movie magazines-I think it was PHOTOPLAY. The layout showed you 'washing your car' and in one of the pics they had you extend one leg up on the side of the hood.I thougt your had the pretiest legs I had ever seen. Mine wouldnt even reach where you put yours on that car. I wonder if that picture is in one of your scrapbooks. I kept my copy for a loooong time. I also remember when they started puting pictures of you and a guy named Jack Bean in the mags. Congratulations on your long and beautiful life and marriage. I am so happy it lasted and it wasn't one of those silly publicity "Star falls for regular guy" kind of things. You brought a lot of joy to MY life I know. Thanks and Happy Birthday. Linda from Oklahoma City.

everything about Mitzy says "joy", I hope that is true, she represents what is good and wholesome...all american...and at 79 she is still quite beautiful...[email protected]
