Mitch Miller also called all the shots at Columbia Records. He was a very shrewd guy.

Sitting through this entire eight minute clip what you wonder is, "What were we thinking?"
There were some excellent shows back then: What's My Line, Have Gun Will Travel, Maverick, Superman and many others. But this one...and others like Lawrence Welk...really sucked.
