This has to be what? 40 years ago.
All of the people who are hating on Wal-Mart for opening Thanksgiving evening are really going to dislike this one.

I went to work in the service department in July 1965. Ray Hall was the service manager and Dave Eppleshiemer was the shop foreman. Ted, Harvey and Hank were service writers as they known as back then.
