When I was younger and growing up in Stumptown, this song ALWAYS reminded me (and still does) of Broadway....with all its neat sparkling, flashing, neon Theater Lights (Fox, Orpheum, Paramount, etc.)....such great times for us who were born and raised in Portland!

So, what you are saying is that she was really old when she had her hits...like around 35. Geez, next thing you know Ted Nugent will be 64.

She has always reminded me of Monte Carlo and glamorous day dreams of the 60s. My childhood memories of radio are Petula Clark. God bless her
