Does HE have any experience or is his name enough to get all the Dems to vote for him? You know...kinda like Jesse Jackson, Jr. re-elected while committed to a mental institution?

Oh yes, very qualified. Hahvahd educated lawyer, two years in the Peace Corps and almost three years working as an assistant DA in two Massachusetts District Attorney's offices (Since he spent less than two years in the first and only a few months in the second, he probably handled things like jaywalking and public drunkenness.) And, of course, he was a Democrat in Massachusetts with the name Kennedy.
