I left Yaw's for a short while during the remodel, and was hired by Horst at his new Tivoli Garden in the pantry, When he shouted instructions out the entire place came to a halt. Yaw's called me I jumped back there right away, but in the restaurant industry then and now he would be a great Chef to stay and learn under!

Horst had some great restaurants in the 1970's. There was the Tivoli Garden, Little Blarney Castle, Couch Street Fish House, Odyssey (sp) and of course the Rheinlander. He was a great host out of the restaurant too. He was seperated for a while and I remember some great parties he and his roomate had.
