I love these old car commercials. One of the dealers in Seattle still does his TV commercials from the car lot, but I think they could use more flair!

I remember Friendly Chevy well. Their ads ran along with Tom Peterson's during Portland Wrestling. My dad ordered a couple of his company cars from them, and we went there during some sort of an open house and I got a free hot dog, cooked on some amazing hot dog cooker where you stuck each end of the weeny on electric prongs and the thing zapped them with electricity. Funny the stuff one remembers.

Hard to believe the cars were still that big in 1977, after the '75 oil crisis.
