I've never said this before but, had it not been for "Rusty", I might never have been nearly as compelled to follow a radio and TV career. A friend from Salem, (Gary Beck), and I did our magic show twice on Rusty's TV show. Jim was always a great gentleman, offering encouragement and tips that kept me totally intrigued by the prospect of one day finding myself in front of a camera (14 episodes of "The Streets of San Francisco" and "The Enforcer" with Clint Eastwood, later), I can honestly say that he was my earliest source of encouragement. A genuine "Good Guy"!!
