My only experience with Sayler's was during the short-lived version in Beaverton. When I get a restaurant steak, I expect it to be grilled, not fried. Probably the worst steak I ever overpaid for.

I tried that steak once! took home a 30 ounce doggie bag, and had to pay 19.99 was a great steak though!

Not great steaks, but solid American diner food elsewhere on the menu. My father and brother-in-law were semi-regulars in Beaverton. They even bought a couple of the pics from the bar when it closed. It is missed.
