must have been a coat shortage in 1937?

John....I`m guessing wool. Wouldn`t need a coat.

"Sally Brown" was the name of Nordstrom's personal shopper service but this Sally Brown was 13 years to soon to grab a coat there...just one block up at Broadway and Morrison, as the first Portland Nordstrom store didn't open until 1950. By the way the first store was actually across the street from their current location.
