
Will never do business with this faceless company again. I left a nice sweater in the back seat during my drop off. I called a few hours later (after being flipped around to five different divisions) and YES they found it. The customer service person told me that I would be getting a phone call to arrange shipment. Of course no phone call was attempted. Since that day, I have called over 15 times with at least five firm people lying to me, such as:
"We have emailed the district manager, and he will be contacting you directly"
" We are very sorry, it shows the email was sent, we will contact him again"
" Can you follow up by calling 1-800-800-5252 and then puch option 4-7-3
AND MORE B.S. THAT ALL RESEMBLES THE ABOVE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
The kicker to my story is the contact I had at 918-431-5005 is not even there anymore. The phone does not even ring!
Wall Street Journal rated HERTZ as best rent-a car company. They will get my business on the next trip. Hope its a good one.
