John Edwards close confident will write a book and tell all about Johnny trying to buy him off about the mistress and the baby. That's nothing...In the book he delivers the juicy details about the Presidential hopeful participating in the production of a sex tape with Ms hunter (the mistress) that the ex-aide later discovered. The book will be written by Andrew Young and the publisher is St Martins Press. Edwards told him that he would be taken care of for life to keep his mouth shut.

Rod is out of luck in San Diego. Last year Hot Rod was dating a gal while working for KUSI-TV and allegedly turned Mr hand into Mr Fist. Police said the woman had a visible injury from Rod punching her in the mouth while they were in their hotel near the San Francisco airport. Rod had a bad run on Stumptown TV as well. He is out of broadcasting now, and donates his time to charity efforts. How many of you remember Rod Luck on TV here in town?

(CBS)  The question over custody of Michael Jackson's three children may have gotten quite a bit more complicated.

According to a report on TMZ, Jackson was not the biological father of any of the kids. And Debbie Rowe, the Jackson's ex-wife and mother of his first two children, was just a surrogate - none of her eggs were used. That would mean, technically, that she wasn't the biological mother either.

TMZ cites multiple sources familiar with the births as saying Jackson didn't donate his own sperm for the in vitro fertilization of any of his children. They say Rowe was a paid surrogate who gave birth to son Michael Jr. and daughter Paris.

The report also states that the surrogate for Jackson's third child, Prince Michael II, didn't even know who the receiving parent was.

Jackson's parents have filed for guardianship of the three children in the wake of the pop star's surprising death, though a custody claim by Rowe is still not out of the question. The report notes that because Rowe was married to Jackson at the time of the birth of Michael Jr. and Paris, there is a presumption that she is the biological mother. That would have to be countered by evidence.

Baldwin Brother Plans Company In Portland POSTED: 7:47 am PDT June 29, 2009 UPDATED: 10:31 am PDT June 29, 2009 PORTLAND, Ore. -- Daniel Baldwin, one of Hollywood's four Baldwin brothers, announced plans for a major production company in Portland on Sunday. Baldwin said he's ready to leave Hollywood behind and would like to shoot three movies in Oregon. He and production partner Charles Wall plan to launch their yet-to-be-named production company within the next year. Vancouver, B.C., has long been the movie-shooting hotbed in the region and many production companies exist in the Canadian city. "For years, Oregon has turned around and watched the trucks roll right past this state and go up to Vancouver," Baldwin said. But Baldwin said he has high hopes for what his production company can bring to Oregon. A self-proclaimed fan of Oregon Ducks, Baldwin said the recent success of the movie "Coraline" and the TNT show "Leverage" makes Oregon a no-brainer destination. If everything goes according to plan, Baldwin said, the state could see millions of dollars in revenue. "We will not only make the film from pre-production and post-production, we will sell the film from Oregon," Baldwin said. On Sunday night, Baldwin and Wall hosted a movie premier at the Morrison Bar. Tentatively, the duo plans to shoot three movies, a documentary and a Portland-based reality show.
