Too me that picture is also so very cool for one reason. It is a historical snapshot of that street at night and we all know that today that street imn no way, even in a million years could we ever duplicate the number of people downtown there at night. How oh so very sad.
Sorry, but the picture can not be from 1932 as most of the automobiles ar from 1934 to 1937. Being born in 1938 helps in recognising the makes and models of these treasures.

is there still a liberty theater in portland? i went to the liberty in camas a few weeks ago for "the quiet man "nice venue!
