Very cool! What happened to the road? :-)

The St. Johns bridge did not open untill June 13th 1931!
So "the road" was'nt quite there yet in 1930!

I have a 1960 edition of encyclopedia Britannica. They have one page of photos of bridges. One of the bridges included is the St Johns.

Is it true the same bridge designers did the Golden Gate in S.F?

Something seems to be missing:)!
