Harbor Drive existed in 1974?! I know it didn't in '75...we went to the Rose Festival "Fun" Center at Waterfront Park that year, and I've got it on film to boot.

This view of the city reminds me how great it is that some people had the vision of a park on the waterfront rather than streets. Simply amazing, Portland wouldn't be the great city it is, without waterfront park.
