Possibly the most famous photo ever taken by Gino Rossi at Kisn was The Real Don Steele and his fans making a campaign stop on the Steel Bridge. Don did a remote from the bridge and it made headlines the next day! This was during the hey-days of Kisn when DJ's did wild and wacky promotions to gain attention and ratings. Don went on to become the greatest top 40 DJ in broadcast history at KHJ in Los Angeles (the mecca of all stations in the U.S.)
Notice the girl behind Don holding her cool transistor radio.

Don Steele was a great DJ. Kisn DJs did so much fun stuff. I feel sorry for this generation, cause they missed out on the most musical fun ever. It is fun to see the old transistor radios, the clothing back then, and the old cars. I remember our old Rambler car. Oh, the good old days!
BRING BACK KISN AND OUR DJS!!!
