This is was one of those Stumptown "Sunday Holiday Event" places when I was growing up. Barts Wharf was a major hit and always packed and of course offered a spectacular view of the Columbia.

When Mom and Dad went to "Wart's Barf" on a Friday night, they dressed up. Kids stayed home with a sitter.
