Can you feel the passive aggression exploding from the pores of Maximum Leader Samovar Adamski and his noble City Commissars? They're acting with Boldness and Decisiveness by not doing a damn thing!
Such a silly little thing this Joint Terrorism Task Force is, they're all thinking, and if all the Honest Comrades of Portlandistan just join hands and eminate a penumbra of Peace Vibes, all the Bad Guys will be stopped in their tracks, cease their BadGuying, splash on some patchouli, and hop in a VW Westphalia bus and get mellow at The Country Fair.
On a related topic, given how much Maximum Samovar likes dressing up like a pothole repairman, does anyone else think he might have a cop costume or Olde Time Sherrif's get up (with the two capgun revolvers in little holsters) that he camps about in, trying to act the hardguy?
