Mr. Clark is a handsome guy......wonder how much Brylcreem he used back then to groom his hair? Probably just a little dab....yep 'that'll do ya'

This was the syndicated "Dick Clark Radio Show" which ran from 1963 to 1964. The 2 hour program was produced by MARS Broadcasting, Inc. By June 1963 there were 33 stations carrying the Clark show including KJR Seattle. There was never a Portland station that picked it up.

Without a doubt, the nicest celebrity I have met in all of my years in broadcasting. I proudly have a photo of us that was taken in his Burbank office, along with various correspondence over the years, framed in my office.

En esto algo es y es la idea buena. Le mantengo.

What is it with all these durned furriners posting their nonsensical gobbledygook?

Someone yell "La Migra" or "immigration" already and send them running.

Apparently there were Frugal Freddies in radio in the 50's as well. Looks like the promotion company only paid for one photo. The smaller head pic in the group of photos is a downsized version of the larger pic on the left.

Today we call those folks radio-insensitive bean-counters. They bear full responsibility for the fatal wounding of an industry. They will preside over its death and likely charge admission to the funeral.
