The Real Don Steele is a legend...so is KHJ Radio, but they weren't the best at picking the "Hitbounds".

I grew up in Encino listening to Don, Robert W, Johnny Williams. I currently reside in Boise Idaho and it will be a joy listening to the oldies and Don again.

THE YEAR WAS 1968, PROBABLY LATE MARCH OR EARLY APRIL AND GRANTED ROG, THE BEE GEE'S "JUMBO" ONLY LASTED SIX WEEKS ON THE BILLBOARD CHART, PEAKING AT #56. B.V.'S TAKE GOOD
CARE OF MY BABY DID A LITTLE BETTER, LASTING EIGHT WEEKS AND PEAKING AT #33. THE BIG WINNER OF THOSE THREE "BOSS HITBOUNDS"WAS STEVIE WONDER'S SHOO-BE-DOO ETC. IT LASTED 13 WEEKS, 3+ MONTHS, AND PEAKED AT #9. ONE OF 28 TOP TEN HITS FOR STEVIE!

let's join our hands together to stop this kind of wrong doings. It may risk lives in the future if we just let them continue.
