Seriously, blame Obama for EVERYTHING!!! Never mind the Bush dummies before him, not to mention Reagan kicking the whole thing off before hand. Obama is one of many idiots, just one.
How precious.
Maybe it has to do with the fact that a lot of people aren't collecting trains and the like anymore, and if they are they are getting it online. It sucks, but it's the way things are. Welcome to the present, quit trying to live in the past.
You can be complacent and point fingers, or you can get out of the way of those that want to do better, or you can do something yourself. However, being an apathetic blame ninny isn't going to do squat, zero.

As a longtime customer of what's still called Vic's Hobby Supply, and yes, I knew Vic Stuhr as a kid and that was three owners ago! They are closing due to crappy management. Or actually a total lack of management. And an even more obvious total lack of marketing. Nada.
Blame won't change the situation for us who lament this reality. All carefully not mentioned by the nice "story" writer from the (once upon a time) Big O. .
And it is sad. Typical small business outcome. Darnitall.
