During a book signing in 1958, a crazy insane woman approached him and asked if he was MLK, he responded yes while signing a book and then stabbed King so close to his heart, Doctors said if he sneezed, it would cost him his life. King was in surgery for hours as they removed the knife. Izola Ware ( who stabbed King) just died in a mental institution at age 98.
