This is where I saw "Woodstock." They were passing doobies in the audience.

Such beauty... I remember many of the theaters like this...

I remember seeing sparticus there, don't remember too much about it though.

My Dad took me here to see "The Windjammers" in Cinerama in the mid fifties...

Went to the Saturday matinee for 12 cents back in the late 40's.
Price went up to 20 cents shortly thereafter.Had to wait for the movies to come to the neighborhood flicks to afford the price.
Grant kids could go downtown for 50 Cents .

I like to role play spartacus with john.

I started working at the Hollywood theater in 1957 as an usherette and worked my way up to the cashier. It was a fun place to work and I enjoyed my years there.
