had a Magnavox when they first came out in 1978, 1,099 people though I was nuts, until they came over and we watched movies and shows without commercials! it never lasted a year neither did my second one. had many star wars partys! the good ole days! lol! have not bought anything Magnavox since!

To think how far we have come with tvs, video, etc, since then.. my tv productions instructor in high school had a personal video camera and 1/2 inch tape deck we used for remotes, games, etc, and we thought that was state of the art! Those were the dark ages..
