Right thing? Not quite, the right thing will be for him to vote against confirmation. He talks a good game against the worst presidunce in history, but so far he isn't playing anywhere near as tough as he needs to.

Well, if he doesnt shape up, and get tougher, he is named appropriately... Flake. One I am not up to speed on.
