WHO IS THE GENTLEMAN SITTING BETWEEN BOBBY AND HUBERT?

Everett Dirksen ( very powerful Senator )

Sen. Everett McKinley Dirksen (R) of Illinois had a moderate chart hit narrating the record Gallant Men in 1967. It was a patriotic reading about Gallant Men who fight and die to keep us free. He won the Grammy for best spoken word recording.
