Funny haha! I actually worked there from 69-71. They made their own fries from real spuds! Russets. We put them through a wringer similar to the old wringer washing machine to remove the skins. Then they soaked until it was time for a batch. We ran them through spud chopper, and WALLA! Fresh french fries!

So good!!!
