Oregon's first TV station was KPTV (September 1952) and a affiliate of the Dumont TV Network. In a September 1952 Meier & Frank ad in the Oregonian they had (5) 21" Dumont TV sets priced from $599 - $380, adjusted for inflation that would be approx. $5,700 - $3,600 in 2019.

I think we had a philco in the early 60's. our first color tv!

Wow... now, a 21" monitor for computer is almost small...nice cabinetry on a lot old sets, though.
