Looking at Google maps street view I couldn't figure out what's on the site now. There is one big building that doesn't look like it has any signs on it.

The site (18535 S.E. Stark) is being developed by the City of Gresham Redevelopment Commission in a project known as Rockwood Rising, truly the kind of mess only a government entity could conceive and build. Google Street View shows the large empty lot left when the Freddie's was torn down. The Gresham RDC has been sitting on the property since 2006.
