Santa and the reindeer could slide easily down Hope's nose.. and the lipstick.... mom used to wear about the same shade, old Revlon 'Cherries in the Snow'.. not the new one, too red, not enough blue.chocolates look better than whats available now.

This ad is really creepy. Bob Hope stopped being funny about 40 years before he died in 2003. He made it to 100!

Mitch, you are dead on there. Dad and my uncles had to sit throughsome of his USO tours during WWII, and most agreed he was a womanising, obnoxious ass. I love the Road shows, Dorothy Lamour and some local kid named Bing Crosby were funny. And Cagney, even in his older years, and with the infirities he had then, showed up him up hard in "Seven Little Foys".
