Steve Dunn became the best TV news anchor in town when Joe Donlon and Tracy Berry left Channel 8. It's unfortunate that he works for a TV station that's now owned by Sinclair Broadcasting, second only to Faux Noiz in extremely biased TV news reporting.
Sinclair is very pro-Trump and its stations are forced to carry alt-right programming very clearly aimed at showing everything Trump does in a good light. Sinclair also tried to use its tight relationship with Trump to override the ownership rules that would have allowed the company to control 215 stations in the largest television markets.
By good fortune, Sinclair's greed brought it so much attention that its chumminess with several federal agencies came out and now Sinclair is facing a $48 million fine, the largest ever levied by the FCC.
