Never was a Thiele fan. We used to go to Thiele as part of the weekly family shopping expeditions to Kienow's across the street. Thiele food was always blander than what I liked. Kind of like Hillvilla.
This menu is clearly more recent than the Uptown Bohemian menu Dave recently published. Table service at Thiele was a one-dollar minimum as compared to the Bohemian which was only 35 cents. Since the restaurants were only a couple of blocks apart and catered to similar clientele you can figure that they'd have similar minimums.

It's interesting to see how inflation relates to today's costs.
