No trip to Seaside was complete without a stop at the Crab Broiler.They we always really busy--wonder why they closed up?

Back in the day -- the childhood day -- my best friend's family had a beach house in Gearhart and I got invited for a week every summer. One night was always devoted to dinner at the Crab Broiler. Even though this was before I figured out what fish do in that water they swim around in, and I actually did eat the slimy things, I always ordered a hamburger. I loved restaurant hamburgers.
