We went here, when I was a kid in the 50s, and 60s, all the time! Robin moved up to the Mt. Hood area, Welches, and began a bartending career that went from Bowmans, to The Inn At The Mountain. Loved his golf. It was so much fun to get to know him as an adult and be able to tell him how much his burger joint was loved!

This was our go-to joint for burgers in those pre-McDonalds days.
My sister insisted on her burger without a bun (no gluten issues, just finicky) and I was the one who had to go to the window and order and explain it all. Then she'd dip her french fries in her chocolate milkshake.
Robin's was a great place.

Okay. I'll bet they were gone by the late 60s and early 70s when I was dating Cleveland HS girlfriend DB, working at KLIQ, and running around Southeast. I didn't do burgers anyway. Arby's and Fryer Tuck were more my style. I loved Jamocha Shakes and Li'l John Spuds.
