I'd say pic is alot earlier than the 1920's, judging by the tall pre 1910 chimney's, the long dress of the women, the dirt on 6th street, and the short trolly headed up Morrison (where's the horse(s) pulling it tho).
Have I already commented on what it would have cost taxpayers today to quake proof that monster even with Ron Wyden finding a spare $100 million to ease the pain?
