This was built by the city of Vancouver BC in Seattle Washington and spans Marion st. at 3rd ave. for the 1909 Alaska-Yukon Pacific Exposition of 1909. Above the arch it reads Vancouver B.C. and there are other photos online that are taken from the other side.
