The Figini Bros. in business in downtown since 1936 at SW 4th & Yamhill and then at this Location 5th & Yamhill since 1958. The Figini Bros. closed down their open air market on July 31, 1976. They could not reach new lease terms with their landlord, and transit mall construction required building changes that the landlord would not pay for.
