Probably the biggest waste of $2500 we ever made was the video outfit we bought. Carrying around the recorder, camera, and various cables soon became more of an effort than it was worth.

My television productions instructor bought a very similar unit in 71=72, and shared with us, his personal purchase. Held inch tape deck, b/w, good for around 30 min. recording, I caught the 72 Jeff vs. Benson basketball game where there was a riot with OSHA over a shot at half time, there were many referees with direct Benson connections, on Jefferson turf. We still took state that year! Go, Demos!!!
