Next to Charles F. Berg building (black w/gold trim). That location is now called Broadway Building, front face restored back to all windows. Think it was a mix of small shops on ground floor? Don't recall exactly.

When Nordstrom took the city block, Broadway occupied their smaller original location by Bergs. I worked there while at PSU. It never took off, store was empty with depressed sales staff and managers being pressured by corporate. A mess. One day the store did $400 in sales. I won’t forget that one.
