I hope that an 'R' was dropped from the first word of the headline. Boiling any meat is always a sin. Otherwise, why disguise the great brat taste with all the salad. A little dark mustard is the only accompaniment needed.
You can keep the potato salad too. What a horrible thing to do to a delicious potato.

I will pass on the potato salad, never been a big fan, now cant stand it. Institutional "cooking".
