Do you mean the Coburg Hills down by Eugene or somewhere else I don't know about?
Regardless, beautiful photo and makes me want to take a road trip and get lost.

Yes, I believe so. A beautiful drive. Runs on the east side of I-5, almost all the way from Albany as far as Coburg exit off ramp back to I-5. Often used to as a bypass when I-5 is backed up after Duck Football games.
