Silver Skate ice rink and Wooden Shoe at Gateway (now a Winco), dating/dancing at Wooden Shoe.

I was there -- at the PSU portion of the event. As I remember, the band was extremely derivative, much like most other California bands of the era. Most noteworthy was the band's all-black attire and attempts to seem dark. It was more of a parody or a self own.

I seem to remember that their 'gimmick' (for lack of a better word), was that each one wore a black glove on their right hand.
