Tear it down is exactly what the lender is planning. The loan is overdue by a year with no payments made since October of last year. KKR, the lender, is looking at taking back the property by the end of the year and redeveloping it into residential and business office use.

Might as well tear it down, the ice rink is a shadow of what it used to be, shameful, and the rest is a vast desert. Wasted space. But, lets DON'T build housing there!!!1

Great location for a Bike Park. Maybe even Bike Parking.

Movie theater... its large enough for a drive in..

I think the land is a bit too valuable for either a bike park or a drive-in.

I've got it! One thousand four hundred tiny homes for the homeless!
