I am not DB but I do know this is Grand and Alder looking south, prior to the tearing down of the Oriental Theatre.
The Waverly building is in the shadows just this side of the Theatre.
Great Picture.

This photo was taken at SE Grand Ave. & SE Alder before the street went to a one way grid, B & L Furniture was located at 716 SE Grand ave. and in the distance the Oriental theater sign is illuminated.

MLK near Morrison/Belmont looking south toward the old Oriental theatre.
