There appears that Flavel Oregon was located just East of Warrenton Oregon, and the site is now part of Warrenton.

Oregonian May 6, 1897
B. F. Locke manager of Hotel McDermott, of Butte Montana, today closed a contract with the Hotel Flavel people here to open and manage their house at Flavel beginning June 1. The hotel is part of the Hammond railroad project.

The Hotel Flavel opened as a year round operation but transitioned into a seasonal only resort opening in June or July 1 for residents of Portland to escape the summer heat. The Hotel was to be sold at a Sheriff's auction in September 1907 for Marblehead Savings Bank of Marblehead Mass. who held a $30,000 mortgage on the hotel. The auction was cancelled and a $7,000 payment was made and the hotel was sold to Eastern parties. What became of the hotel after that I don't know if it retained its name or was renamed.
