Was this prefix Prospect or Proctor?

PRospect. I don't think Portland ever had a PRoctor.

Wikipedia has a list of AT&T telephone exchange prefixes established in 1955. The PR prefixes are PRescott--PResident--PRospect. I have seen old ads where businesses show their phone number as PRospect.
