Mr. Stump on March 27, 2022 you posted a photo that showed Central School before additions were added to the building as shown today. After the school was sold for the Portland Hotel site it had to be cut into 2 pieces to be moved to what one source said was Park Street, but I could never find a location on Park Street. Newspaper stories from 1883 indicated it moved only a short distance, and also indicates that the old school was owned by P. A. Marquam, and was leased to the school district. A news story in August 1885 details that the old Central School would be vacated by the school district, and students were assigned to new schools.
My posting from last March gave a new clue as to where the Central School was moved when this classified ad appeared in the Oregonian on September 19, 1889

"Wanted a First Class Cook. Apply Mrs. Carmen room 501 Old Central School Building- Sixth st. between Morrison and Alder"

The Tiffany Center was built in 1928 for the Neighbors of Woodcraft on the Southwest corner of 14th & Morrison and the Oregon Journal on October 27, 1927 wrote a story about the plans for the new building and wrote this about the site they purchased. "The site was purchased by the order in March for $70,000 from Augusta Hegele. It is at present occupied by two frame dwellings.

The original Portland High School was also located at SW 14th & Morrison but on the Northwest corner and was demolished 1928-1929.
