Back in the day, when we sent physical mail, I published a political newsletter with around seven or eight thousand subscribers. It was years ago, and I can't remember exactly why, but with every issue, I had to trek down to the big Portland PO to mail it.

It was a nightmare, and I hated every moment of it. First, I had to wait in line to pay the postage. Then, it was back in the car to wait in another line for a spot on the loading dock. It could take as long as three hours, the most boring three hours I ever spent.

Joel, how were you able to get over all that and become the man you are today?
