The building with the Sears sign and giant arrow is pointing the way to the Sears store. This building was built 1926 as the Powers Furniture factory / warehouse. During WW II it was used by the housing authority of Portland to house single men working in shipyards. Located at 123 NE rd Ave. and still standing.
