SHORT STORY OF THE HILLVILLA
The Simmons family opened The Hillvilla in 1921. They sold to Ed Palaske & a partner in 1954. The famous Totem Pole went up in 1959. Palaske sold to The Chart House in 1980. It’s still operating today.
